Hey Guys, the CrossFit is upon us in a few days. So the plan for the next 5 weeks will be Thursday will be a training day and Friday is going to turn into Mobility day. Friday we will be working on efficiency tips for the open workouts and ways to approach each one. Than on Saturday we will gather together at 9am and all crush the open workouts!
