B. Seated Pike Lifts: 20 sec AMRAP; rest 40 sec x 4 sets
C. TTB: 20 sec AMRAP; rest 40 sec x 4 sets

On the 3 minutes x 6 sets:
Set 1 - 6 TnG PS, AMRAP A/B Calories until 2 min mark
Set 2 - 9 TnG PC, AMRAP A/B Calories until 2 min mark
Set 3 - 12 TnG DL, AMRAP A/B Calories until 2 min mark
*Choose a loading that you can complete unbroken, score is highest unbroken load for each barbell movement + total calories. If you break a set, calories score for that minute does not count
